Jason is currently a post-doc at the University of Arizona. He is researching the genetic, demographic and clinical factors that attribute to the risk of Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia, an immune mediated adverse drug reaction. Most recently, Dr. Giles has been looking at polygenic risk scores and how potential underlying “un-captured” phenotypes can be used to impute missing clinical data.
Check out the About page for more information on projects and Jason’s prior experience.
